Do you need to cancel or change your order address?

If your order has not shipped yet, please email Fulfillment@NatureEnrichedPets.com with "Cancel order" or "Change address"  in the subject line. Our shipping team will cancel orders as soon as they see it in the email. You will have to email our team within 1 hour of placing your order after you receive your confirmation email.

If your item has been shipped & fulfilled

We are not able to make any changes & you can return items for a refund. Please email Shipping@NatureEnrichedPets.com so that they can help you resolve this matter. You will be responsible to pay for any extra shipping.
